The company leaves equipment on residents yards for weeks and this equipment kills the grass, they tell you that they come back in three days but takes weeks to complete their job!!! Another issue, you try calling the number but they never answer, poor customer service!!

Pike Electric was doing some work in our neighborhood a few weeks ago when one of thg drivers ran up into our yard and messed it up. I contacted Johnathon Teachoat Pike Foreman. He immediately came to my house took pictures and had his crew fix what they could. It still needed more work so Pike Electric contacted a landscaping company to come out and fix it correctly. Johnathon was very professional and handled this problemthe correct way. He stayed on top of the situation until it was done correctly. You have a good man working for you and I sure sis appreciate his professionalism and the manner he handled himself.Janice Bell
