Dental Depot was able to accommodate an emergency appointment, everyone was cheerful, and they had incredible patience when there were unexpected challenges in the appointment that almost certainly made it last longer than their allotted time. The dentist took time to answer initial questions about upcoming work instead of punting it to the consultation despite being held over longer than planned. It was an excellent experience.
This was my first time meeting Dr. Wing, and I can confidently say he has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever experienced in a dental setting. He truly listened, which is something that matters so much as a patient in any healthcare visit. He walked me through my options, explained price points, and made sure I felt cared for every step of the way. I genuinely hope he is my dentist again. I also saw my favorite dental hygienist, Virginia. She is incredible, her cleanings are always the best, and she remembers me on a personal level, which makes every visit feel comfortable and familiar. She never rushes and always takes such thoughtful care of me. This was probably my best visit with Dental Depot. I’m so grateful to Dr. Wing and Virginia for making the experience outstanding. Thank you both for taking such great care of me.
