I made my appointment in advance and Elisa was extremely helpful and professional from the beginning ♥️ Prior to the process she asked me to come in for a testing strand to make sure my hair would be able to withstand the bleach and coloring I wanted. She advised me accordingly and we went with a red. I showed her a couple of inspo pictures and she went above and beyond on my vision. The entire experience was relaxing and worth the price.
