Nationwide, Odor Be Gone, did a job for me, which they guaranteed their product and service would remove cigarette and nicotine smoke and residue respectively. This guarantee said: if they could not eradicate the problem within 24 hours they owed me $200. Michael, the owner of the company, admittedly could not remove the extent of the problem mentioned above. He did as his gurantee promised. As a matter of fact, Michael is such a man of integrity, he went above and beyond what was required of him. Michael, I thank you for your kindness and blessing. I truly know you are an honorable man!
