Check in was fine... information put into the computer system apparently was ignored by medical staff. The same questions were asked three times, then the MD had his own agenda instead of addressing the ONE reason for the appointment. Will NOT be returning.

I came in the Scott and white clinic on Scott and white drive for a work required Well Women visit. I was not able to speak freely and was cutoff multiple times while explaining the reason for my visit. To sum up what took place at the visit, PA Douglas Peters entered the room, while the nurse was preparing the room. We shook hands he mentions talking with me prior to the exam to address his findings in my chart. PA Peters stated that he notices I had a well woman visit on 5 DEC 2022. I tried to explain to the PA before being rudely interrupted that the visit on 05 DEC 2022, was not a well women visit, a physical was not conducted during this time.
