I have always used a local independent agent that I can go in and visit eye to eye if I have a question or problem. I am not held "arms length" by a rep I only have telephone or worse only internet contact with. I became a Preston Insurance Agency custome in 1983 when we built our home, since then it has been part of the CITIZENS FINANCIAL GROUP. BEEN A customer going on 40 years now.
