Friends of mine ordered an heat pump and had it installed. they scratch up the wooden floor and refused to take responsibility, infact they would not respond to phone calls. When the unit stopped cooling the house they called to have them come out to fix it and they never responded back. So they called a competitor and come to find out they didn't even install a heat pump. It was a regular ac and they wired it wrong and the main vent wasn't hooked up. I'm writing this review for them because the don't have fb.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO ANDERSONS! We arrived home in the middle of the night to no a/c. It was 90 degrees inside and Anderson's was the only one that responded to our emergency call. Dylan came within the hour and fixed our units. I can't thank Dylan and Andersons enough!!!

I stopped by the business in town and Bobby was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He said he would send a tech out to give me a quote. Dylan showed up around 3 pm same day and was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in analyzing my problems and gave me 3 different quotes to choose from.
