Friends of mine ordered an heat pump and had it installed. they scratch up the wooden floor and refused to take responsibility, infact they would not respond to phone calls. When the unit stopped cooling the house they called to have them come out to fix it and they never responded back. So they called a competitor and come to find out they didn't even install a heat pump. It was a regular ac and they wired it wrong and the main vent wasn't hooked up. I'm writing this review for them because the don't have fb.
