Ben Witte is simply the finest personal trainer I could imagine existing in San Antonio. From my first session where we discussed my goals and his strategy to quickly completing a baseline body analysis we hit the ground running. Three months later, I feel stronger than I have in easily 25 years. His private gym has all the equipment you could possibly imagine and many innovative things I’ve never even heard of that make workouts new and challenging every time I show up.

I started training with Ben a couple of months ago and his patience with my level of training has been amazing. I gained strength and endurance since I’ve been working with him. I’m not where I want to be but I know Ben will get me there. One training at a time.
