After doing my research and calling around multiple shops for piercings I ended up stumbling on this small shop located in the medical center. As someone who’s only had one piercer my whole life I was very nervous trying someone new. Once going in I went through a thorough consultation which led to me finding out my tongues veins were too big for the piercings I wanted (split tongue so right in the way of where the piercings would sit) out of all the places I called they all said yes they’d do it without even looking at it and having piercers with under 3 years experience. I know if I would’ve gone to them i definitely would’ve left with a busted vein and regrets. It takes a real informative piercer with years of practice, which Lupe has over 20 years worth, to see the reality of the situation and be openly honest instead of just saying yes for the paycheck which I really appreciated.
My friend was with me as well and ended up getting dolphin bites. The whole process from start to finish was very clean, quick and precise. The artist used a measuring tool for perfect placement, triple checking with her to make sure she was happy (which being a fly on the wall to many others piercings I can say sadly doesn’t happen often) and gave amazing informative after care.
I’ll add last that after talking to multiple shops he was the most affordable in the area by 30 to even 50 dollars and had by far the most time under his belt with his experience.
