Pool Concepts built us a beautiful pool and spa with several water features . We love looking at our pool and spending time in it and we were very impressed with the final stages of buttoning things up and taking care of the small details to make sure we were 100% satisfied. During the time we contracted at the end of 2021 all pricing were soaring and yet we feel like we received a good value from the Pool Concepts Team.
Building a pool was a big decision for us however, we have been so happy that we decided to build with Pool Concepts! In the beginning they were so up front with everything from timelines, expectations, and their commitment to making our dreams a reality. We knew when we started the process it was crazy due to COVID. We had to be patient because of supply and demand issues but again we were thankful that it was all discussed up front so when things came up we felt totally prepared. We absolutely love our pool and spa! The design is perfect for our family and our needs. They truly have made our vision and dreams a reality! We get so many compliments on the details and workmanship. They truly have thought of everything to make sure our pool is not only beautiful but safe for our family!
