Carlos arranged to meet to receive my laptop and was able to repair the hinge; only to notice my screen was cracked. He contacted me immediately and informed me of the issue and to let me know he had already placed the order for a new screen. I am grateful for his prompt communication and professionalism as well as, his empathy. He did not charge me any additional charges for the screen. After having three Spectrum come out to tell me the phone problem cannot be solved without replacing all the wiring in the business and house. Carlos solved the problem in three hours and restored all he phone service perfectly. Never call Spectrum to come out and solve problems with their system, just call Carlos.
