Literally every time my wife and I come here, they do something far above and beyond what is expected. With 3 vehicles seemingly always needing service or repairs of some sort, and who have all been to Caliber, I know now to look no further for any type of service or repair. My wife has had many problems with mechanics trying to take advantage of her, and with Caliber, I do not ever fear that. This most recent visit, I took my Expedition in for an oil change, and discussed tire wear I had notice. Brandon set it up to take a look while the oil was being changed and quickly let me know the it was an easy fix and that he’d take care of it. Also, Brandon, as well as the other technician that went over my “DVI” (which is a game changer in and of itself) we’re both some of the nicest, well mannered, and professional people I’ve ever interacted with. Customer service, as well as mechanical ability of the employees at this location are second to none. Caliber Auto Care is on another level. Their facilities are VERY clean, designed beautifully, and accommodating. From their coffee station to their playground, the waits feel birthing short of a weekend morning at home. If you’re looking for a service and repair facility that is professional, honest, respectful, and accommodating, you’ve found it with Caliber. Cannot recommend enough.
