Air Pros installed a new Trane home air conditioner for us this past summer. We were so pleased with their service and price that we decided to have them insulate and put a mini split in our garage, which we had done last week. We LOVE it! We highly recommend using this company. Joe and Sammy are quick to respond to phone calls and texts, highly knowledgeable, work quickly and quietly, and leave the work space clean.
Joe is amazing, very professional and reliable. We had issues on Sunday night with our AC not cooling. So we called another company Monday morning and they charged me $300 but 3h later we had the same problem with the AC. That company couldn't do the repairs today so when the house was 87 degrees, I went online to find someone close by. I reached out to Joe and he texted promptly, arrived to our house in less than 2 hours and was able to get the AC running as new by 5pm. Now we are back to having a cool and comfortable home. Glad I found this company and will surely use them in the future.
