“Firstly, I will say that the apartment is in a great location and the office staff is kind, neighbors are great, and the complex had good incentives for moving in. We feel very safe here so far, and the moving process from out of state for us was made very easy. Jace made the move in process very straight forward. However, I will say that we are going on our second week here and there have been a couple of issues; first one being that our master bathroom toilet did not work from move in, and it took about a week for it to get fixed. Now, the only elevator in our building is no longer functional going on 3+ days and we are on the 4th floor; as of today there is still no eta on when this will be fixed.“
