Citrus Nail Lounge is a beautiful salon with a nice atmosphere and fair prices. The staff, including Emily and Julee, are skilled and do a great job. Customers have been very comfortable during their visits and have experienced long-lasting results, with one reviewer's gel nails lasting 27 days without chipping. The salon is always clean and welcoming, making it a highly recommended spot for pedicures and nails. They recently added new massage chairs that are very comfortable, and the staff always try to go above and beyond to make customers happy. Customers appreciate the professionalism and kindness of all staff members, and repairs are done without question if nails chip. The salon offers a friendly environment where clients can take walk-ins and receive quality work from any staff member. Overall, Citrus Nail Lounge remains a favorite for relaxing and beautiful nail care.
I have been going to Citrus nail salon in Heath for four years now, with great results every time! I always go in for a deluxe pedicure and a dip on my nails with a manicure and have always been so happy with the results, the professionalism and the kindness from all of the staff, as they are very professional, very personable And very accommodating. This week they got brand new massage chairs that are absolutely stunning and so comfortable! It seems like they always try to go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Just a handful of times over the last four years, I have chipped a nail because I’m always busy in the kitchen, but they never have a problem with repairing it without question. So nice! And they call me by name which is just so sweet. I love this place! I will also add that I don’t have a favorite up there. I don’t schedule appointments most of the time and I just take whoever is available and every one of them is professional and offers quality work. I have never been disappointed there.
Today was the worst experience ever. Their customer service was horrible. I have been here a few times with a church retreat group and the experience with them and today was totally different. I had a pedicure and Jenny was not to my liking at all. She did a rush job on my feet. And I didn’t event get to get a manicure. But I’m glad I didn’t . I will never return and will tell Kelly how I was treated The polish was horrible sms she didn’t care for them properly
