We called Tim Long to repair a leak. They asked for $650 in advance, came out, diagnosed the leak, said they needed special equipment, and would come back. I called several times with no answers, then they called three weeks later to say they could not fix it. Total scammer!

LOL, should’ve believed the reviews left by others: price gauging, lack of common courtesy, rude and arrogant. Must’ve thought he was the only plumber left in this world or something. Find other plumbers, most are definitely better and more pleasant to deal with.

WORST of the WORST!!! DO NOT USE TIM LONG PLUMBING!!!THEY DO NOT DO SERVICE CALLS!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Evelyn and Vanessa are RUDE and incompetent office managers. They hang up on you and will not let you talk to anyone else. We were just trying to schedule a service call to our property. They would not listen to us or let you speak on the phone. I was also told on the phone they were too busy to pull up our file.USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
