“Richard came out to clean 2 area rugs we have. He was knowledgeable about various rug fibers and discussed expectations. He showed up on time, was thorough in his work, polite, and respectful of our home. I had checked with 2 other companies and they wanted the rugs to be picked up or dropped off, said it would take 2-3 weeks and cost much more. The difference in how the rug looks after cleaning is quite noticable and we are happy with the results..“
