1st Response is easy to work with and very responsive! Tyler helped me fix one of my heating issues over the phone free of charge. For the other, he came out the same day and replaced a part in my air handler in less than an hour. He also gave great recommendations for improvements to extend the life of my systems. I will definitely be calling 1st Response next time I need AC/heat repairs!

My a/c abruptly stopped blowing cold air so I reached out to 1st Response. They were very friendly and made adjustments in their schedule to quickly come out and investigate my issue. I was informed of the problem and giving a solution to correct it without feeling like I was being over sold on additional fixes or a whole new system. I was so impressed with them that I have set up annual service for my a/c and heating system with them. I would highly recommend using 1st Response AC & Heating.

He did not rush the process and he answered all of my questions in great detail in order for me to understand all of the maintenance and the “whys” that he will be performing in the future.
