Mike Loromar, what can I say Mike does a great job. Hope he stays in the game of fixing RVs. He’s the only person I let touch my Motorcoach. I even gave him a set of keys. I did that, so he doesn’t have to wait on me to get in town, and at this point with my Motorcoach, he helped me keep on top of things before they get out of hand. whenever I call might take him a few hours to get back with me, but he usually does it the same day or responds back by texting you usually if he doesn’t answer, I know he’s on the top of a roof working on something that can’t get to you right that second, but he always replies back if anybody out there is looking for a good RV person...read full review
Easy to make an appointment, showed up on the committed to date and time, very friendly and very capable service. Highly recommend and Loromar will be my go-to provider for any RV issues I have!
I was very pleased that Mr. Smith keeps his schedule relatively open and I was able to get an appointment with him for one week after I called. Compare that to big box RV repair shops that typically can't see me for at least a few weeks and then will take my trailer and put it aside until a tech has some time to look it over, followed by more time ordering parts, more waiting for a tech and finally having the repair done. I'm used to losing my trailer for weeks at a time. Not so with Loromar. Additionally, Mr. Smith arrived promptly (!) on time for my repair. I wasn't left at the pen gate waiting and waiting. It turns out Mr. Smith will typically only see two customers per day, so if you're the morning appointment (9:30) there's no real chance your waiting for him to finish up with other customers because of an over packed schedule. As for the repair, Mr. Smith got right into my fridge and started testing components and taking things apart. Again, compare this to my last two repairs where after flicking a few switches I'm advised, "You need a new one." Mr. Smith actually got in there and started troubling shooting it. If you've ever felt rolled by a "technician", you know how frustrating it can be when you walk away wondering, "Yeah, but did he/she really look into it? Really?" Finally the price was really reasonable. Without going into specifics here, I freely admitted that given how fast and how successful he was at my repair I'd have easily paid double or more without batting at eye at least in the grand scheme of how much I've dropped at the big box repair centers. I super recommend this guy. He fixed my Dometic absorption fridge on time and at a great price.
