I was extremely surprised and happy for the quick and complete service I received from this company. My AC stopped cooling overnight. I called at about 9:00 in the morning for a repair appointment. They informed me a repair person could get to me that afternoon. I agreed. Within about an hour, though, they called me back to let me know there was an earlier opening, if I wanted it. I agreed again. Repairman arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, and upon my approval proceeded to repair the unit. I was back up and cooling within 45 minutes! I had some trouble with my AC recently, and this company came through for me not once but twice. The first time, they replaced my motor quickly and got me up and running again. When I noticed my AC still wasn’t cooling properly during the daytime, they came right back out and found that my compressor was off. They fixed it right away, and now my house is finally cooling the way it should!
The technicians were professional, explained what they were doing, and made sure I understood the problem. I really appreciate how quickly they responded and the fact that they didn’t leave me hanging in this Texas heat. Highly recommend!
