“i was blown away by the customer service! every employee I spoke to during my visits was incredibly kind and helpful. i had asked if they could make a skirt a little bigger to fit my hips, and they had it ready by the very next day.

I had made a mistake tho. I didn’t explain how much bigger I wanted it, so I just said an inch. When I came back to try it on, it still wasn’t quite the fit I was hoping for. The owner (i think?) was the one helping me that day and told me that they would normally charge to resize it again, but since it was my first time, he said he wouldn’t charge me. thank you !! :3“
