I like this place for the most part. However they sent me an email stating, “ We also are adding the use of telemedicine for clients when possible. This tool will allow us to evaluate patients electronically and prescribe medications you can pick up in clinic. Please call us to see if this option would be a fit for you and your pet's situation. ” (this is copied DIRECTLY from the email)BUT when I call, they advise this is not offered. That email was sent on 4/15...either send out an updated email that this isn’t a possible option or educate your employees if it is, because they are saying it’s not. Either way, the two stars is for lack of accurate information.
