Staff called me to schedule an appointment I never made. As I tried to explain I have different Insurance provider, she talked in a very condescending voice. This company knows they are the only In Network eye providers in Harlingen. I don't recommend, try at your own risk.
Doctor and front desk associate are very friendly. Dr Peña checked my eyes very quickly and efficiently and my order for contacts came in in 1 week. Would highly recommend this place!
Well same experience as Daisy. I went there like a month ago and paid $185 to get 6 or 7 months of contacts. The trials he gave me have not worked, I've been telling them for a month already and the doctor never seems to be there to check me again. He won't give me my money back either. Unless I get my prescription fixed or my money back I will remove this review.Update: I finally got my prescription and my contacts. My review won't change because they put me through a lot of trouble.
