Schedule on the door stated open from 10am on Fridays it was 10:20 and the door was locked. Business shows a tremendous lack of commitment to their customers and an enormous lack of professionalism. Whoever is in charge needs to be removed otherwise this business will be continue on decline. I would give it zero stars.Service: Alterations

Love this place! Friendly staff and clean work. Always fast and excellent service for the past 2 years and I will continue coming here

WARNING! I thought I would give this place a second chance after a year. Unfortunately, this place has gone from bad to worst. I ask for two shirts per bag when dropped off so they won't get wrinkled. After three days, I picked up my shirts and pants and noticed their were four shirts per bag. Also, shirts were only button on the first button leaving shirts open when put into bags causing them to get wrinkle. I pointed out the problem to employee and explained that I was paying for a good service which I did not get. Apparently they don't take pride in their service.
