“I limped into Dr Tran’s office with knee pain from an injury sustained over 10 years ago. I couldn’t sit in a chair longer than a few minutes without my knee locking or swelling. I couldn’t even go to the store to grocery shop cause it would stress my knee. I’m only 26 so surgery wasn’t an option I was willing to explore.

“long, long long long story short. no. he was terribly rude. made me very uncomfortable. literally told me I was overweight (is 140lbs overweight? no.), called me lazy, told me to change my diet (I walk daily and eat healthy!). told me I was lying when it came to my x-rays. did not listen to my concerns. when I started to show outwardly I was scared, he said to her assistant "Look at her she's terrifed. so unless you enjoy being verbally berated and having your weight commented on, stay far far away.“
