I found my place that I will be bringing my kids and I to get our hair done. We all have long hair and she takes her time to educate us on how to continue to keep our hair looking healthy and the service isn’t rushed like most popular salons. She truly takes her time and makes every visit personal and sweet. Definitely recommend coming here for your hair needs.
The Craft Hair is way more than just a salon, it was truly an experience from the second I sat in the chair. It was my first time there and I've never had a stylist actually sit down next to me and ask detailed questions about how I style my hair, what I've liked in the past and disliked, how much time do I want to spend on it, how do I wear it, etc. It was like a doctor taking time to get to know her patient. This is a much needed review! Had my hair died a couple of days ago and unfortunately was left a bit unhappy due to a miscommunication on both our ends. HOWEVER, she immediately responded when I texted her my concerns, came up with a plan on the spot and told me to come in the next day (today) so she could fix the issues I had. The care and dedication someone has to have to come on their day off and fix an issue! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair! I’ve been going to her for a little over 2 months now and never have left her chair unhappy. She is the best and I will stand by that!
