“After reading reviews it was obvious that Xander’s was the best pest service in town. My call was answered right away by a human! (Getting rarer these days) and an appointment was made for the next day ( Saturday.) Tech Logan was right on time, did an inside and outside inspection (we had an ant invasion), then did some spraying. Price was just over $100, but the best thing is NO CONTRACT( like Orkin). Xanders just revisits every 90 days, or sooner if you’re still having problems, and you can cancel anytime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
