I went in to get a flute book, the manager who helped me was informative and kind. She took the time to explain everything to me and helped me understand. We will be back for private lessons!
Great customer service! I walked in and immediately had an employee ask if we needed anything specific, got it for us, and had us in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great for orchestra/marching supplies and had lots of inventory! (This is great because usually during football season everything is out of stock)
I just love this instrument and music shop. They serviced my instrument when I was in school and now they take care of my kids horns. They are the best around! My daughters trombone needed repaired and they had it ready in less than 30mins, on a holiday weekend.
