This modest salon is a best kept secret. I was happy to see family programming on their TV's and to see they made it safe during Lockdown 2020 with the curtain at the door of my chair. Another lady was her and she said she has been coming regularly, so I was glad. There are polite workers that greet you coming and going including Mr. Kerry himself. The last time I came unannounced he worked on my pedicure and reflexology, and offered cold water. (When I ordered a pedicure, I wondered why it was $35 ... he gave me a deluxe which is more, so I had to cut down on my foot massage time. Make sure you're specific when you order. This place is GREAT! I just moved to the area and walked in to Lee Nails on a Friday late afternoon. I didn't have to wait, but if I did it would've still been worthwhile. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Maya worked on my no-chip manicure and she did an AMAZING job!!! Best manicure I've ever received. I am definitely going back every time I get my nails done in the future. Also, the salon was clean and had an overall relaxing, cozy ambiance. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Definitely recommend trying them out if you haven't already done so.

In all honesty, I had one of the worst experiences here when I first came about a year ago -- I was left at the pedicure chair for 15 mins without attention, then had my manicure halfway finished before being left again for 10, minutes. Since then, I've been back to give it another try and I really appreciate Annie and the work she does. She's so sweet, and was willing to answer my questions (like can I do tips with dip and a matte top coat...felt so silly). Have already made my follow-up appointment with her. I've been bouncing nail salons since I moved to Des Plaines and am glad that I've finally found a tech I can make my go-to!
