They always show up in a timely manner and the balloon twisters have always been very nice to work with. This last time for our annual event the only thing I would recommend is the balloon twisters did not have a pre-written list of items they make, and the event was outdoors and cold, and they were not prepared for the cold weather. But they still did a great job. We use this company every year for our annual Ponder Polar Express event.
It was a great experience. Let's Jump was timely and communicated well with arrival and needs. We also loved the variety of inflatables for Christmas themed. I plan to book them earlier in the future so I can have a bit more variety for our event.
