Anthony performed a great service today. He covered all places of concern in the apartment and outside. Hawx on the other hand as a company needs to reevaluate their customer service and scheduling process. My appointment was yesterday and they rescheduled it to today without informing me!

I have seen quite a few negative reviews for this company but I have experienced non of that so far and I have been a client for about 6-8 months. My experience has been good and on time. I can say that I usually have a preference with technicians no matter the trade or service, that I prefer…With HAWX that tech is Raymond!I appreciate the personalized service that each tech gives our property. Particularly Raymond! He always goes above and Beyond…!
