UPDATE TWO: so though they are very old-school, though they are only open four days a week, and though their phones weren’t really answered. The actual doctor and receptionist or secretary associate are fantastic. Really knowledgeable and the optometrist or eye doctor really does care. She’s super sweet and knows her stuff! She is our new eye doctor.!!!

Elite Eyecare is excellent! Dr. Vo is the best eye doctor I have had. My glasses and contacts are always on point. Dr Vo and his staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend him!!

So pretty rude, but I understand you have other things to do. Still rude though. Was able to make two appointments. I will make a second update after my appointment. Pretty ticked off. Not only are they only open four days a week their receptionist is rude. I got hung up on OR they decided the person calling in was more important and switched over the line. I've called 15 times and keep getting their "the mailbox is full" automated message. I am FURIOUS. My wife has come here and said the actual doctor was great. Well that doesn't help me if their receptionist isn't going to do their job. I can't help it. I have a very busy schedule and a toddler, and y'all are only open four days a week. Be patient. I expected YALL to call me back now or I'll take my business elsewhere. My number ends in 4328 (you can look at your caller ID)
