We are SHOCKED to see such negative reviews! This company moved mountains for us after Hurricane *** damaged our roof and home. I wish CMR could train other companies how to communicate and help customers like they did! They went above and beyond in answering questions, communication...which is sooooo important....and getting results. Our roof is GORGEOUS now! They treated us like we were their only customers. I don't know who these other people have reviewed, but it certainly not the people we worked with in SWFL! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND CMR!
CMR replaced my roof last year and I was very pleased with the work they did. Even when I thought the job was finished they sent out a supervisor who found little things he wasn't happy with and had them all corrected within a couple of days before he would sign off on the job.I recently had a tile break on my roof and sent the supervisor a text and asked if they could possibly replace it for me since they were doing other work in my area. Within a few days, they were at my house and replaced the broken tile and reinspected the whole roof to see if there was any other areas that might have been affected by whatever broke the tile. I have had a very good experience with them and their work and would recommend them to others in need of roof repair of replacement.
