Everyone was very nice to me and my son, and they do an amazing job on nail designs! The only thing I would say is that there seemed to be a possible language barrier. They asked if I wanted regular polish or gel polish on my toes. I said regular, and they said okay. They ended up doing gel and tried charging me extra for it, but I told her I didn't agree to it, so she didn't charge me. Another thing that I wish they had was kids and mens pricing. They charge the same price for pedis (polish included in the pricing), but with my son, he obviously didn't get it. My husband wouldn't either if he ever went. I decided to go get my nails done yesterday for the first time in a while. I’ve never been to Royal Nails, but I was blown away by them… start to finish! This nail salon was AMAZING! Both the customer service and the quality of their service is TOP TIER. ? They were so kind and helpful! They asked me to tell them exactly what I wanted and they delivered flawlessly. Sunny and Kim are amazing! Kim took care of my 8 year daughter and made it an experience she will never forget. Sunny made my nails look just like the picture I showed him. In fact I love them more! Best customer service and amazing work! ?Services: Pedicure
