I had an appointment this morning at 8. I was to be a new patient for a cleaning. When I arrived at the office I found a note on the door due to weather they were not opening till 9. At 9 I went into the office and was told I had been Cancelled. I asked why I had not been notified and was told it hadn’t gone through for some reason. I was THE ONLY patient in their parking lot. In fact I learned that their 9-10-11 did not show BUT I was not seen! The receptionist was rude to me. I had to take an antibiotic before a dental appointment but that fact didn’t even matter. I never met the dentist and I don’t believe I ever will. I was referred to his office but I would NEVER refer anyone to this office.
