Let me just say the staff here is very friendly and professional. The 3 b’s Barbara Beverly and Beverly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I took my 3 month old to get her ears pierced. These ladies took me through each step. Explained what they were doing and why before actually doing it. They made sure me as a mother was comfortable as well as my baby. I love the fact that they pierce the ears at the exact same time vs one at a time. Before piercing the ears they mark the spot with a marker too. Love these ladies. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone. Definitely worth it.

My regular veterinarian couldn't see my cat I thought she had been poisoned. They recommended Groves I called they took her right away and even stayed instead of going to lunch to wait for me. Turns out she had FPV they treated her and I went back for 3 days in a row and they were very attentive. Unfortunately I had to have her put down along with another cat that had contracted it. They were very respectful and made me feel at peace. They didn't charge me a arm and a leg thank God because I didn't have a lot . I highly recommend them. Their staff is wonderful the doctor I saw was wonderful (he was older I can't remember his name). And please make sure your cats indoors and out have been vaccinated for distemper (FPV) it is not part of normal kitten shots! And needs to be boosted yearly, this disease killed 13 cats in my neighborhood including indoor cats!
Doc is very knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful! He and his staff send cards that make us smile. He has helped me through a lot of pain from pregnancy and I really enjoy coming to get an adjustment when I have the time, I also love that he takes walk ins.

My Name is James Trahand and I'm from California , and To make a very long story rather short . Fails Service Garage is the one of the most dependable mechanic shops I have ever had to use.. Me and my family was driving from Californian to Florida last month and my truck broke down sight seeing in the Golden Triangle .. I drive a 2011 Ford F-150 and a timing actuator has gone out ..With the help of a local wrecker service thru AAA We had called around to a few of the other mechanic shops in the Groves Texas area , and was told we was looking at a day or two and maybe three days down time for the repair because of everything involved in the repair . And then the wrecker driver handed me a business card for Fails Service Garage, and his exact words was: The mechanic of this place has been here for 24 years and is very dependable, but they do not advertise, even tho it has a New Owner it has an honest mechanic and there is not many of those in the Golden Triangle . His name is Wesley Baber ... Let me tell you people something . This mechanic and this shop was so nice to us and made us feel like family . Wes even helped us get a hotel room and took us to it while they worked on my truck . It was 2 p.m. when they started on my repairs and Fails Service Garages lead mechanic completed the job on time and changed out both timing actuators and new timing parts and completed my repairs so we could get back on the road on our family road trip. Now, I have never heard of any mechanic shop I know of doing this for a customer .. These people are Awesome .. Words cannot justify the Happiness; they gave us getting us back on the road ... Due to gastric issues, I can not tolerate a lot of nutritional supplements or protein supplements and when I explained this, rather than try to make a sale anyway, I was steered away from certain items that may cause gastric pain and was able to find some things that help me without hurting me.
