“Jasmin is AMAZING! Before finding her, I had a local tax preparer that had completely screwed up our tax return for 2 years in a row. I am by no means an expert on business taxes, but even to my untrained mind I felt something just wasn't right. If I called to question them about our return, I could rarely speak to our actual preparer and the answers I received were short, vague, and borderline rude. Out of complete concern and frustration, I found Best File Taxes reading through google reviews. Jasmin's rating was perfect, which made me a little hesitant...too good to be true? After meeting with her I was so relieved, she was everything the reviews say and more. She asked me to bring in my last 3 returns and went over them with a fine tooth comb, explaining everything along the way. We ended up amending our previous years taxes, due to mistakes that could of ultimately ended up in a very pricey audit. In the end, the previous tax return mistakes were corrected, the current years taxes were prepared correctly, and we still ended up saving money! Thorough and knowledgeable doesn't even come close to this woman’s expertise. I never thought doing taxes, especially ones that were so stressful could be so enjoyable. I walked into her office a worried mess, and left her office feeling like a thousand pounds had been lifted off of my shoulders. Not only is Jasmin the best at what she does, she is friendly, kind, patient and her intellect is off the charts. Obviously, I can not sing her praises enough.
