Garden Center at The Home Depot

This is directly for Anahi. She was so helpful and was so nice. She helped my husband load up alot of stones and paving bricks onto two carts and then into our truck. She didn’t complain and was so sweet about it all. I couldn’t help him with stitches in my shoulder and she jumped right in there and helped tremendously.

We made a Home Depot run on 10/02/21 to pick up some much needed items for a house we are selling. After running around the store for an hour, maybe an hour and half, we had to check ourselves out. We had 32 items totaling $284 ($307 with tax). When we tried to check out at the service counter, because of course no check out lanes were staffed, that person sent us to self check! I guess we saved them money on employee costs by doing it ourselves! When I asked the self check "watcher", if I got a discount because I was doing their job for them, she just kind of laughed. Their register could not use an x so I paid cash instead of using my card. The guy was friendly and said I could go to the front desk. Not an option with my elderly dad with me. Just a suggestion. Keep garden center register working.
