“We had some sod installed. I've waited a while to write this review so I could see how the new sod took. It's been a good month and the grass is beautiful. We were diligent on watering. There is one spot, over a pipe, that just died and fell off. Now they guys who came out do seem like good people. However, we did butt heads during installation. There were a couple of times where I questioned how something was being done, and instead of stopping and discussing it, they just continued doing it. There was also a huge miscommunication on what they were going to do. I'm giving them 4 stars anyway because I think the problems were simply due to language differences. Thank goodness for Kevin who played mediator. This is a wonderful young man. He really made me feel like they wanted to make me happy, even if things didn't go well. Kevin is going to be a good business man when he starts his own business. Also, the higher stars is because the sod took in 99% of the places laid and looks beautiful!“
