Women's Health Services is an all-female OB/GYN practice providing compassionate and comprehensive care. The practice has state-of-the-art facilities in Arlington and Grand Prairie. Patients describe the clinics as clean and quiet, with a courteous, helpful, and kind entire staff. The doctors are thorough, informative, and wonderful, making patients feel comfortable and understood. They listen to patients, answer all questions, and discuss treatment options. Many services and innovative treatments are available under one roof. Patients report feeling that their wellbeing is the most important concern and that they receive good care. The experience is consistently described as great and wonderful, with efficient visits.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bergstrom for 20 yrs and she has been very good. However the last few years it has been impossible to talk to a person on the phone, they never have a live phone to answer the phone.
It took me two weeks of calling to finally get an appointment and then it was a 3 month wait.
As always, I had a great visit with Dr. Bergstrom. She is fast with her examinations which is wonderful. I continue to enjoy her smile and positive attitude. She also exhibits heartfelt concern for my other medical conditions outside of her area of expertise.
I've been coming to Dr. Bergstrom for my gynecological needs at more than one of her locations for years. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. Thank you, Dr. Bergstrom. You're the best!
