Julio’s Paintless dent repair

Julio was extremely unprofessional. I set up an appointment with him twice and both times he didn’t show up when he said he would. Today he ignored my calls and when i said how he treated me was unprofessional he just responded with a thumbs up. Very rude. I don’t recommend doing business with anyone who handles their customers this way.

1/22/2021: Julio did awesome job!! It really looks impossible to fix because I had a very deep/sharp dent (approx 3” - 4” long) and paint looked a little damaged (real sharp point). Sent him 2 photos and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was hesitating because I saw a few poor reviews from other people, but I risked to let him do it because of his reasonable price. Came to my house the next morning started 9:30 am and finished about 10 am. He also did a little extra work to do touch up a few small scratches in different areas (that wasn’t in estimate so I gave him a little extra $).
