The Seller of the home we purchased in 2012 had this company perform work in 2008. This company has made two adjustments during the time of our ownership and honored their word each time. We made sure to check about transferring the warranty before we closed so we did not have the issues the previous reviewer had by not following the procedure. I would recommend them to anyone, had another company come out just to get their take and that company wanted to add more piers however Integrated made sure I knew that it was not required, just adjustment when they could have charged me more like the other company. This speaks volumes to me.
