About Great Clips
Great Clips provides a pleasant experience for its customers. They offer great haircuts, exactly as wanted, at a good price. The stylists are nice and do a great job, even for simple cuts. The online sign-in is recommended as the place is almost always busy. Customers have been using Great Clips for years and have had good experiences, with some having pleasant conversations with the stylists. However, there have been instances where the service was not up to par, with one customer having a bad experience with a stylist who did not fix a problem with their haircut. Overall, Great Clips is a good place to get a haircut, with most customers leaving satisfied and planning to return.
I have been using them for the past 2 years. I have a pretty simple cut but they always do a great job on my hair, no matter the stylist. They are almost always busy so I recommend using their online sign-in.
I have always come here, but for the past 3 times, it’s always been good, Jennifer has cut my hair before and does a fair job and for the price, but this last one 3 days ago she left one side long, I called her to ask if I could come back to cut a small piece that looked long, and my family members agreed it looked longer, she said rudely that I would have to show her where because she saw it the same, mind you I told her I understand that the cape they put on us could make it see like its right all the way around but clearly every time I fix my hair it shows long on one side, I normally never right reviews, but come on fix it and stop discussing the problem, her co...read full review
