Our sales consultant was Izzy Cavazos. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had the dining room, den, stairs and master bedroom done. The stairs gave them the hardest time but they made hundreds of extra cuts to make it work. They also worked the floor up under the stone at the den fireplace. Everything went well. It stayed clean and my curios, dining room furniture were fine! We have moved since then and our curios and many other items did not make it unscathed. The new owners love the floors.
We’ve had carpet, tile and laminate flooring from Empire. Absolutely loved working with Izzy Cavazos. He’s the main reason we keep going back. He keeps up with our needs and checks in when there’s a sale or promotion in case we’re read for our next project. And he makes sure all is well once it’s done. The installers do a beautiful job and clean up well after they are finished. I highly recommend Empire!
