In theory, this service sounds like a dream convenience for many. You’re probably thinking, “Wow! They’ll grab my stuff for me, store it, and I don’t have to worry about it after that”. Well, that is true. That’s because the worrying starts once you want to actually get your things *INTACT* and *FOUND*. I cannot tell you the sheer number of people that my family knows, including myself, who have had at least a handful of items lost or damaged in the thousands of dollars. I was excited about the prospect of being able to call up items. However, they do not tell you when you sign up that the price to do so is crazy. Further, from the time I started with them to the time I emptied my space, I had taken an entire truck load of items out, yet my monthly price went up! Makes no sense. When I inquired as to why, they just said there were price increases. When they delivered my items, the price they charged was crazy! They double charge on both pickup and delivery, which is does not seem ethical and ended up costing SO MUCH MORE than a normal moving service. Plus, they never got back to me regarding the many broken items. I also had a lot of things melt or turn color so I do not think that the units are temperature controlled like they said! I will say that I thought the movers themselves - the guys working - were very professional and polite. But the company sucks! Customer service on the phone is horrendous, the guy is so rude. Do not chose this company.

Callbox packed our items. They lost my baccarat crystal, Christmas bone china and antique prayer bench. Also, many expensive china pieces broken. I have photos!I filed a claim in January and have been ghosted. Justin Fleming, inventory manager, has admitted lost items but DONE nothing!! Lawyer next! No accounting!!!
