Alan did an excellent job. I hired a contractor to remodel my shower and the contractor ended up flooding my ceiling and fixing the issue but I hired Alan to come out and evaluate to make sure they didn't do a half job. Alan came and evaluated the damage in the ceiling and the overall shower remodel job in addition to inspecting other parts of my condo (I just purchased it about 10 months ago and didn't do the initial inspection). He identified caulking and shower head installation issues that I was able to bring up to the contractor. If I didn't have him catch that my shower would have continued to leak without me knowing.

Alan did a great job inspecting our newly built home. We really appreciate him being able to inspect our home in such short notice. He was thorough and the report was emailed same day. We Highly recommend his services.

Alan provided a thorough home inspection. He was at the residence at the time he stated and provided us with a detailed walk through showing us any area that required attention as well as suggestions to remedy any minor issues. The fees charged are very comparable as well. The prices for any additional inspections apart from the basic home inspection are also very comparable. I would definitely recommend AM Pro Spec for your home inspection needs. He is an extremely professional and knowledgeable inspector.
