Think of your body as a car (you pick the model). If you don’t keep up with the required maintenance and tune ups things are going to go wrong. I fractured my rotator cuff in Feb and slept in a reclining position for almost 3 months. I care for my 91 year old father, my husband and am in PT for my arm 3 times a week which includes multiple DR visits that requires driving and means getting in and out of a car some times DAILY up to 50 times a day. My body was in a 90 degree position for way too many hours a day and I didn’t understand what it was doing to me. I was focused on my arm, NOT ON ALL of my body.
