Patricia has done permanent eyeliner for me. I found her to be impeccably clean and sterile. Her work was PERFECT! Her recommendation for eyeliner color was an excellent choice. She was extremely kind and patient during the procedure. Her use of numbing cream was highly beneficial.Your selection of a true professional for permanent make-up matters greatly! My original permanent eyeliner lady did not do numbing cream - ouch. And, perhaps even more importantly, the previous lady who did permanent eyeliner for me about 10 years ago made some mistakes. Patricia did permanent eyeliner for me yesterday. She did a remarkable job! She is highly professional and a stickler for keeping the environment sterile. I had permanent eyeliner done years ago. Compared to that treatment, Patricia excelled in so many ways. She used a numbing cream which worked! That alone made the experience much better. But, her recommendation for the color to be used looks fantastic! Also, the eyeliner was applied PERFECTLY, and I do mean PERFECTLY! The second I called I knew I was in good hands. Pat was so professional and thorough. I set an appointment for a consultation, she was so informative. The outcome of the procedure was perfect!
