We had a great experience with this septic service. Joe came out the first time and took the time to explain how our aerobic system works, which was incredibly helpful since it was all new to me. He walked me through maintenance, including how often to change the chlorine tablets and how many to use, in a way that was easy to understand.

He also recommended raising our vents to improve airflow, explaining how that could help the system overall. What I really appreciated was that he wasn’t pushy at all—he laid out the options, explained possible scenarios, and made it clear we could do it now or wait.

A long overdue review—Prob 4 yrs ago bought a home in Granbury w an aerobic system. Service contract for septic came w house. I needed to replace a cracked tank lid and my Contractor didn’t have any in stock. He sent me to Mowrey’s. Lacy was great helo and gave me a lot of tips and hints on how to maintain and care for our system. Treated me like I was one of her customers! I really appreciated her help and all the time she gave me that day!

Such quick and great service. I was given complete transparency and walked through every step of repair. Their prices are more than fair and something I feared would cost thousands didn’t break the bank at all. Customer service and complete kindness. I really appreciate this company!
